Membership Suspension

While we love to see you as often as possible, we understand that sometimes life gets in the way.

You can request to put your payments on hold for a minimum of two weeks up to four weeks if you’re injured, busier than usual or spending time out away from the facility.

All members are welcome to suspend their membership once per calendar year.

Please give us plenty of notice prior to your suspension period. We require a minimum of 7 days (prior to payment) so we can arrange to suspend your payments. We will need a start and finish date as we will automatically restart your membership when your suspension period is complete.

There is an administration fee of $20 which will be charged when the pause request is processed and confirmed by Matt.

We can only suspend your membership for a maximum of four weeks. Anything more is considered a cancellation which will be carried out in accordance with our cancellation policy.
