Classes

Train all the elements your favourite athletes do without needing to be one.
DDW Fitness has created a training program that encompasses the elements of athleticism but still caters for a diverse range of clientele and abilities. Receive world class coaching whilst training with like-minded people in a positive, fun and safe environment.

 
 

Hybrid

Our Hybrid class makes up the bulk of our training program. These workouts are built upon the fundamentals and exercises which we believe contribute to the most successful Strength & Conditioning program. What makes these classes great is the fact our clients have the ability to select their preferred training style for the day. Not only does this allow our members to train optimally according to their goals but it also creates variety within in each session- making workouts more enjoyable which leads to greater results.


Conditioning

This is one of the more popular classes at DDW. We cycle between aerobic and anaerobic interval; short & fast, long & slow. The benefit in implementing this method is the members improve across all 3 energy systems and become more athletic as a result. Our state of the art machines are frequently used which create a low impact-training stimulus, providing the muscles and tendons with a much-needed recovery after intense Hybrid sessions earlier in the week.


Capacity

This is where the members get to enjoy the fruits of their labour after training individual modalities. Our Capacity class is a “CrossFit” style workout where there’s multiple elements of fitness mixed into the same workout. The sessions are built around hard work and will test you both physically and mentally. Quite frequently, you will complete the session as a pair or in a team, which allows the members to motivate, push each other and creates one hell of a vibe!
